These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dewa7 platform, including all betting, casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slots products. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to hold a dewa7 account and participate in any real-money product on the platform.
One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dewa7 login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
All transactions on dewa7 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active dewa7 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
dewa7 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each Member may hold one Account on the dewa7 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identification number (NIK as shown on your KTP or passport number), registered mobile number, and email address. You undertake to notify dewa7 promptly of any changes to the information you have provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dewa7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. dewa7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
dewa7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.
dewa7 is committed to responsible operation and the prevention of underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. All Members are required to complete KYC identity verification before real-money deposits, wagers, or withdrawals are enabled on their Account.
KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents at minimum:
KYC documents are reviewed by dewa7's compliance team typically within 24 hours of submission. dewa7 may request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request, if the compliance team determines that further verification is warranted.
All deposits to your dewa7 Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dewa7 supports the following deposit methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. dewa7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which dewa7 bears no responsibility.
Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to your dewa7 Balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Local bank transfers are usually reflected within one to three minutes during standard banking hours, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
dewa7 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not belonging to the verified Account holder are prohibited. Where a prohibited deposit is identified, dewa7 will return the funds to the originating payment method and may suspend the Account pending investigation.
dewa7 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at its discretion, including for responsible gambling purposes or as required by its compliance obligations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practicable, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name.
dewa7 does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
Where a Member has an active bonus balance, applicable wagering requirements must be met before the real-money Balance may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the cancellation of any related Bonus Funds.
dewa7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the requested amount exceeds the Member's previous deposit history or where unusual Account activity has been detected. Withdrawal processing may be suspended for a period not exceeding 30 days pending the outcome of such a review.
dewa7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Independence Day. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any dewa7 content without the express prior written permission of dewa7.
Third-party game content made available on the dewa7 Platform (including games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by dewa7 under licence. These providers' terms may impose additional restrictions on permitted use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewa7's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Member's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

dewa7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the address registered on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the dewa7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account in accordance with the contact details in Clause 15.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by dewa7's licensing jurisdiction. dewa7 operates as an internationally regulated platform and is licensed and regulated in its operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and dewa7 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through dewa7's formal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 calendar days of receipt.
